Service Description

At the heart of this interactive workshop is the connection between the spiritual and the creative. We’ll begin with qigong to ground and center your energy, opening up your creative flow. As you move through this artistic journey, we will offer a therapeutic space to process any emotions or insights that arise. Throughout the 8-hour workshop, participants will create unique, large-scale, chakra-inspired collages, tapping into stored energy, thoughts, and emotions. Licensed psychotherapist Elena Gonzalez, LCWS, and artist Stephanie Waisler-Rubin will guide you step-by-step through this fun and introspective art-making experience. All materials are provided including curated collage materials so no time will be spent flipping through magazines. Light refreshments provided. More details will be provided upon registration
